What do you want from me? Exactly. Yeah. Well, it's a good start. Physical presence is a good start, right? You know, I mean, let's not let's, you know, that means he's trying. He's willing, right? Right. So, you know, he's willing. So let's give him that. But and the rest of it, he hasn't trained his nervous system. I mean, another piece of the framework that I get into in the book is about strengthening your nervous system because think of the feminine as energy, the feminine in us, emotions, thoughts, sensations of the feminine and them, the feminine in the world, like the feminine in this framework is everything is experienced, all experienced, money, business, success, women's sex, love, all of it, trauma, all of it. And so our capacity to hold energy is directly related to how strong our nervous system is. So for example, can you just sit still for 15 fucking minutes and breathe? That's actually a nervous system training. Can you ground your lower body into the earth and soften your heart? That's a nervous system training. Can you do that while somebody is sharing upset with you? That's a nervous system training. So all of these things that I'm talking about, they sound good. But what I'm trying to say in the book is that they are lifelong practices filled with failure and recommitment. And that there's not one of the problems with the way the superior man, which I loved, is that it just made these things seem easy. They're not. It's not easy to keep your heart open while your woman is criticizing the fuck out of you, is
