The Stink of an Annuity?

i'm not opposed to an annuity, but i think the stink. And why would they commit themselves to kissing this money good bye and having no income? They can do the work to find tenants, screen tenants, et cetera. It's going to give you better returns than an annuity and not burn up your principle. So i would, i would do that, im im in on and see if we can get at least one more before my voice gives out.
