I think that most people actually like working with other peopleand like it to be a constructive environment, right? And and want an environment where they're respected and where they get to work with excellent people. When i talk to my leadership team, i talk about as building a strength in numbers, opposed to team of rivals. So that's the environment i want at aurora. And i think that draws people. Our culture isn't for everyone, right? If if you are a, you know, pick ass and take names kind of person, and you don't care who you piss off, then we're probably not the right company for you. I believe that there's enough good people
