Engaging and Fun in Early Years

Children are automatically engaged when they come to school. They think ah I want to be here this is where this makes me feel safe and so we've found that that's had a huge impact on our attendance. Our students respond best to those concrete experiences hands on investigating for themselves then they transfer that information to a new abstract setting because they've got that prior knowledge, also been in an environment where they've been safe to take risks.
