Anxiety is actually a part of our bodies. Any time we are anxious or were afraid, our body produces a drenlin as a way to solve that issue. The only difference between fear and anxiety is the time line and the life span. When you're thinking you're having an anxiety attack, when you're really not ready to deal with it, your brain has gone all over the place. And if you don't let your imagination take charge, then there's no point in worrying about what might be going on next.
