The human body doesn't do very well eating during dark cycles even if you're up during those dark cycles so that seems to help out a little bit too and then i mean you can shift your circadian rhythm. Light food exercise and to a certain extent temperature are kind of like hacks that you can use to shift yourself forward or back. The next question is when is the best time to eat dinner especially if you can't eat super early? Yeah I mean like who here actually eats dinner at 5 p.m.? We eat dinner typically like sometime between 7 p.m. and the greenfield house just because that's when we finally get around to sitting down and cooking and eating dinner.
