How to Develop Flexibility in Jiu Jitsu

I would bet any amount of money that Josh McKinney in 2018 could do 50 matches in a row, 10 minute black belt matches with me now. And I guarantee in those 50 matches, 2018 Josh would not score on me. It's like way up here is black belt underneath that is purple belt and then way down here is blue and maybe brown. Brown does have a wide range because you do have guys that could win adult worlds at Brown but it's pretty professional by the time you get to Brown.
