The Sabar brothers, KKR, Carlisle and Bain Berkshire all bid on the deal. How did that price auction play out? I think everybody leaned in hard and we were all prepared to pay full prices. But what excited us was this kind of next leg of growth and opportunity which we think skewed the potential returns to the upside.
