Bob Greene: I think it's a loophole that has been there for at least 10 years. He says wealthy Canadians are getting good tax advice on their private corporations. The government wants to get rid of surplus stripping, but he doesn't know how or when. Greene: A lot of people are doing them and they're saving substantial amount of tax.
