How Do You Structure Warm Upsets?

i think there's value and merit to having both hypotrophy and strength rip ranges in your programme. So i will usually do about four a warm upsets. And the first one is honestly just with the bar. It's just kind of thinking about and visualizing the the technique that i'm going to be doing. I'll take a look at whatever my am re rep numberis for that session.
