The One Minute Workout

The one minute workout comes from it was these three 20 second hard efforts. We were making the comparisons against traditional endurance training at the time and so we didn't want there to be any doubt or any debate that we were comparing to protocols that were very very different in terms of exercise volume and time commitment. The idea where 10 minutes start to finish including a short warm up cool down recovery periods in between.
