How to Bond to Milled Composites
If milled composites are treated properly, the bonding is fine. As long as they follow the manufacturer's instructions on bonding, we haven't had a problem with that. Absolute no-nose will be do not use a res-modified glass enema. That's not a good idea. You have to use, in my opinion, dual cure res-in cement. Do not use flowable composite to bond these in. I know some people do, but the block of composite is so thick. It doesn't allow sufficient light through to get a good acclimatization of the looting agent. So I always recommend using a looting agent that is designed for these situations,. which is
