Ramon: What if app store ads stopped being based on your cloud and an Apple ID data stuff that Apple has on its servers? Ramon: If it started being that all your ads in the app store were based on device behavior, right? Let's just walk down that path. And I'm not sure Apple really wants to go down that path because they use on device as a shield to say, we do things on device, and that means it's safer for you.
