The Canadian Syncope Risk Score

I think the well validated Canadian Syncope risk score can be useful in patients who you're thinking of sending home. One problem with the score is that it relies on clinician gestalt to assess whether it's cardiac versus vasovagal syncope. Every patient with syncope would need a troponin scent to use the score, and I wonder about the false positives and length of stay when tropes are ordered on everyone with syncope.
