The And Logic Gate will produce a one result as the output only if both inputs are also one. The exclusive Or, aka Exor, produces a one only if one input is a one and the other one is a zero. An inverter does exactly what you would expect: It produces an output that's the opposite of the input. If you have a one coming into a not Gate, a zero is coming out or vice versa.
