What if the limits you see in your life aren’t real — but learned?

In Part 2 of Clearing Limiting Beliefs & Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind, Dr. David Snyder takes you deeper into the science and psychology behind how your subconscious shapes your emotions, relationships, and reality. He reveals how childhood experiences, emotional imprints, and stored memories silently influence your daily decisions — and how to finally break free.

Through practical demonstrations and guided insights, Dr. Snyder shows you how to retrain your subconscious mind to respond differently to triggers, transform negative self-talk, and replace outdated beliefs with empowering truths.

If you’ve ever felt like your conscious mind says one thing but your body feels another, this episode will help you realign both so real transformation can begin.

Quotes:

“If you can point to where you feel it, you can access it, and you can begin the process of change in a measurable way.”
“Irrational problems require irrational solutions.”

“The memories you're running around with aren't even accurate. They're not even true representations of what actually happened, and every time you recall them, they change again.”

Actionable Takeaways

Observe your internal dialogue. Notice how often your thoughts reinforce limitation. Replace “I can’t” with “What would it look like if I could?”
Locate the emotional charge. When an issue arises, pay attention to where it shows up in your body — that’s where subconscious data is stored.
Reprogram through repetition. Consistency is key; speak new affirmations and visualizations daily until they feel natural.
Release through movement. Use physical gestures or breathing to symbolically release negative energy tied to past experiences.
Anchor new beliefs. Create a physical cue (like touching your chest or taking a deep breath) to anchor feelings of confidence and calm whenever self-doubt appears.
