I think that a lot of the issues of an American society are so dramatic that the stakes are so high. I saw, I witnessed again, this is the first time in our lifetime, that we witnessed what happened in Garland and Gorsuch. That has so changed the American process of nominating Street Court Justice. The 60 vote margin was something that would force presidents to moderate their choices which would have been a good solution if they had done it earlier. It's like single payer or Medicare for all: I just fundamentally, I don't know how we get it done in this environment but fundamentally having a public option or Medicare is something that I fundamentally believe in.
