The Importance of Time in a Homicide Investigation

Rachiah Isaacs, who had just started kindergarten, was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital. When homicide investigators first got involved, Rachiah was still clinging to life. In New York, we call it likely to die cases that the victim will ultimately die. This was my first homicide in burning a child.
