Is Tim Duncan a Good Shooter?

The development of a player's shooting around like 30 the first player I actually think about that that might even be closest to this is Kevin Durant. If you're not really good by like 22 or 23 then I'm ready to mostly sell you as like a high-end upper echelon prospect just because most players who have come along by 23 are really good and I don't know what the threshold is. Jaren Jackson's a perfect example if he came out it was just kind of more of the same but even more problems with fouling, getting into foul trouble than last year.
