How to Communicate Effectively Using Text Messages

If you're going to communicate effectively, slow things down and make sure that you are articulating your message in the correct way on the correct channel. If I know that I need to respond to this thing, I can put it in the right context because that's what I'm going to do anyways. My brain is going to just be thinking about this over and over and over again. And then when I am in the right place to communicate face to face instead of via text message, then I can ask the question and I can get the answer that I need.
