How to Use Trainer Road to Improve Your Training

You should never make your training like a random potluck I guess. You actually do need to be careful that you don't start to combine quote unquote incompatible training philosophies with each other in your own training. It's such very different philosophies they may both work well in themselves but combining them it can sort of defeat the purpose of both. So what I'm saying here is that if you want to put stock in those benchmarks by Alan Cassins and use them in your training And you need to largely be following his training methodology rather than trainer roads.
