The Evolution of Language

Researchers have found that homosigners use the same signs to communicate similar things. They say it must be some sort of almost parsimonious natural experience, like that just seems to be the most efficient way to communicate this thing. And so as long as there's one child who has this structure in the sea of homosigner, maybe the next generation can pick up on that and grab it and run with it.
