Is There a Commitment to the Pandemic?

Felix: I don't really think you can tell a story from business fundamentals that would lead you to increase the size of your workforce by 100% in three years. The explanation that sounds much more reasonable is what you said, Charlotte. Coming out of the pandemic, there was this unprecedented shortage of talent and everybody chasing everybody else's talent with ever higher compensation. And I think they got really caught up in that fever. Felix: Do you think the investment community has permanently shifted now where reality has set in and there's more inherent skepticism? Or do you think we might go back to an environment where investors reward the kind of bold planning and investment that we had seen previously?
