I think often about my work at LinkedIn as being a thing where I'm always looking for where is that leverage point that what I'm doing benefits LinkedIn. What my broader interests are benefit LinkedIn and also at the same time I have leverage to achieve goals that aren't just for LinkedIn. When done right these things tend to be when done right they're positive some they're not zero some games so finding ways that by moving LinkedIn forward I and the folks I work with we can move the industry forward as well those are huge wins.
