Do You Use Reduplication to Mark a Subset of State of Verbs?

I noticed that you use reduplication for two things. That's nifty. What are the compay? Compay is sort of a social status. It's sort of a young man who gets into trouble and makes trouble. So does this set in a particular con world or do you just pick these things to add flavor to the language? Basically, I had planned to do a con world, but I'm very bad at con worlds. so that's about as far as it got.
