I feel like there's a big opportunity for engineering leaders to really try out new ways of operating as teams and give your engineers time back. Not all of us can work, but I think a lot of these are, you know, two-way doors, easy to experiment with and your team won't really appreciate it. But I think they'll have a big difference.
