The Importance of Hiring Product Managers
A great PM makes everybody better. They're like a lever to help the rest of the team perform if you have a good one. If you're doing like- Don't love them or quite senior. Depends on the problem. Give it like another job too, like is it a designer also DRI or is it just DRI? Occasionally the engineer responsible for it is the DRI. Somebody that I guess you would put as like a GM or some had of some functional area. It's their main project. In some sense, maybe they are just a PM with a different title.
