What's Missing From Mental Health Initiatives?
I think one of the big things is just letting people know that it's because you're exposed to a trauma doesn't mean you're going to get PTSD. I've seen programs where the instructors kind of, they're, they kind of go way off book. And there was a study that looked at fidelity of the wrote mental readiness program in recruits in Canada. Military recruits who had no fidelity checks left basic training at a higher rate.
