How Do You Evaluate People's Motivations?
I ignore stated motivations. They're often sincere, but still a kind of b s. I do look at which audiences they're trying to impress. It's not exactly the same as motivation. Motivations, to me, are always opaque, even in the evaluators. But just a again this question, can they pick out the right hierarchy? Some peope people all sorts of motivations oukno dating, et cetera.
