Jason: I am a 27-year-old who is about two years into light investing with a portfolio of over $1,500 as far as investments to learn from myself. My wife comes from a family who has a trust fund on her mom's side. Their trust fund is ran through a broker that supposedly been in the family for many years. He used to charge 1%, and now these index funds, which charge fractions of a percent. Jason: Personally, I feel this broker is robbing us blind with his lack of effort into putting our money in these funds.
