The Next One Is a Challenge Many of Us Face

Team base learning was developed by larry michaelson back in the 19 seventies and is now being used in various disciplines across different universities. I love the idea that first i'm held accountable for my own but then i get to kind of poll my knowledge, correct it, improve it and extend it by working together with my team on a problem. That's what i find really fascinating about that one.
