The Importance of Collective Agreements
"I think we can see that, you know, no matter where we are, like your ability to walk out and even be the individual that you claim you want to be is limited," he says. "If there's not some kind of a collective agreement to even have protection for you ... if you don't have that, then your able to walk into the world and be encumbered is going to be lessened by a lot." He also talks about how African people try to reclaim value based on the way they've historically dressed or adorned themselves.
