Shopify's V1 is really around first party data. They're trying to help you the merchant recreate the data that you used to be able to access very easily with like Facebook and Google. But third party trackers are now big no no which is like other companies want to be put on my website monitor what they're doing. It's hard to build maintain your own data storehouse of your own customers and what you're doing right.
