When we're hiring, i think all of us who are ina part of the hiring process were looking for different things. What are you? What are you other than experts in a specific field for the job that they are hired to do? Those are the table stakes. And if you're not actively bringing up some of your weaknesses and just being a real person...i love when people are ar more open about o womn they're describing their strength. If you describe it imperfect her, i'm so good at this. You're probably not. No one is that good at anything.
