What's Your Most Educational Experience?

In those early days, what was your most educational ex ence? I think the most educational thing you can do is to just put something out into the market and see what happens. We had a simulator, and we just very quickly realize that every single gap between the simulator or model and production would just realize in a maximamly adverse fashion. And by that, i mean, when you fit a model, you expect the ever term to be centred with mean zero. In this case, any source of uncertainty was like maximumly negative.
