The Whitney Biennial: Quiet as It's Kept

The Whitney Biennial was co-curated by David Breslin and Adrien Edwards. It really sort of transformed the museum, which is a kind of a challenging architectural vessel to wrangle with. There were works that were very political or overtly referencing current issues but not one that invited either scandal or response. In my books, it was very successful by any ill.
