We get so caught in that feedback loop, its it's really difficult to break. I think this is just something that we have. We try to distract ourselves. But i think that yoet, right? You have to start looking in and you have to start identifying a how you feel. That's actually the deeper practice here. It's not just sharing, it's not just talking about it. It's actually feeling it.
