Georgia State Patrol and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation - The GBI Investigation

The Georgia State Patrol and the Bureau of Investigation began in the late 1930s as two branches of the same agency, the Georgia Department of Public Safety. The GBI has been present for several forest raids. We know their agents were on scene, more probably in the woods, when tort was shot. They're both state agencies. In addition to that, there's still police. Police are going to cover for each other. we know this by now.
