If you had the big five, it would have to be FDR, Wilson, Reagan, LBJ probably, and maybe Teddy Roosevelt. So although that is almost all of them, but he did so many things to violently yank the overshin window to the right,. And also he basically taught Republicans how to win in a certain context.
