What Did You Learn About Real State Construction?

When i was fresh out of college construction management, she was doing a huge project out in napomo. What was unique there is napomo was a restricted community where they could only build so many houses a year. But because they were only allowed to build a certain amunt of houses every year, and they knew it was going to be like a 15 or 20 year project, they didn't have the same kind of ups and downs with hiring and everything else. It really made me understand the depth of what real estate is really about. That's what allowed me to be very comfortable in flipping a house.
