Is There a Carve Out in Anti-Trust Law?
I do not think that the big tech companies should be forced to host like any of the content. Do you support some kind of deal that would allow smaller publishers to negotiate compensation with these guys for their intellectual property? I'm certainly in favor of creating a carve out an anti-trust law for them to do it. But that the next slide if the next step after that is and there will be forced arbitration and the government will intervene.
