The Difference Between Lists and Vectors in Java Closing

Lisp is a programming language that uses lists, but there's another type of data structure called the vector. Vectors are more like an array in that they support fast integer indexing. Evers are also like arrays in that they naturally support when you add something to a vector and we should really talk about what adding something to a closure data structure means.
