How to Invest in a Farm
You can buy a farm outright, or you take a stake in an LLC. And that LLC generates income through rental harvest. At the end of a cold period, which is typically 10 years, we will sell the farm and distribute the proceeds to you. Right now it will soon have four properties diversified across crops and geographies. Unlike our deals, which are a 10 year hold, because farms are a long-term investment.
