Do You Need a Theory of Law?

Straht: Does your thesis need have a theory of law? Do you need to get involved and say, like the heart fuller debate or something for what law is if it's going to be different than justice? Yes, yago, so, i mean, you might think that morality and justice have some effect on what the law actually is. But only need there to be enough difference between these two concepts that it's possible for there to be an unjust law. I don't really think that anybody denies that.
