The Brain Scanner

How did you get into this work? I often say to people that it's a combination of seredipity. And just the choice i made really. As an undergraduate,  i found it interesting to understand human behavior. For my ph d, ista developing cognitive tests, got into brain imaging and so on. By the time first vegetative patient came along, i had a really solid background in trying to understand how the brain works. So i've gone on to continue to have a lot of interest in incognition - which is why i've ended out doing studies with you guys.
