The Color of D Ca Coffee vs Caffinated Coffee?
Chlorophyl is that green pigment that makes plants have their characteristic grain color. It absorbs sunlight and contributes to photo synthesis. So i wouldn't be surprised if green coffee beans have some of those pigments in them, and they are soluble in water. If you scrunch up leaves and then put water in them, the water will turn slightly green. That's very cool. I didn't even think about that when we're talking about all the other flavor molecules that come out. When it's thesolvent, whether that solvent is water, ora a diclor methon or something like that,. either of those solvents, i could see taking out some of those
