How to Be a Good Leader for Your Team

You can say out loud, my team trusts me, and i'll lead them well. But it's much more powerful to have your team say, i trust this person and they will lead me well. Maybe demonstrate how good you are at reprimanding people through elevating your voice. You're hired. This is the best management i've ever seen.
