The Perceptual Dimension of Fashion
I think our clothes are always communicating something to others beyond what we intend for them to say. I've never felt as if I am a trendsetter, but I can easily imitate a trend and pass for the trendsetter. Some people have an eye for it and others don't. And young people often have more of an eye for It than older people. But there's a difference here because it seems like you're looking for an experience when you look at fashion. You're looking for that intuitive kick that tells you I'm safe in the space. Exactly. I think I've ever had that and so I look for it.
