The uro zone is wearisome from the perspective of fiscal gomenents. We've seen the e c b try to embark on a path of quantitative tightening, by the way, as the fed has done in the us. What essentially happens is that the sb lost track of what the true willingness to pay was of private investors for ious issued by countries like italy. It's worrisome because this is exactly what you would anticipate in a fiscal dominance regime.
