I always feel better with just really, really good, organic heated bone broth. I'm in no way opposed to collagen peptides. There's a company called Ancestral Nutrition here in the US that does a good collagen peptide formula. And then for example, collagen peptides are gelatin, but especially if you travel a lot, you can use those. You need a good unadulterated kefir that doesn't have a little sugar added to it.
